Behind the Super Sentai Heroines there are the persons that portray them, as we already know the story of our favorite characters, let's know more about the actresses that portrayed/ portray these heroines

Lisa Komaki portrayed Peggy Matsuyama is Himitsu Sentai Goranger. She born in  1951 in Japan, She kept playing the role of Peggy during the 84 episodes of Goranger, but she also kept participatin in Super Sentai Series as she voiced Diana Martin and played Miss America in suit in Battle Fever J. She is the only female actor involved with the first three seasons of Super Sentai, as she also participed in JAKQ Dengekitai portaying Peggy Matsuyama. Currently Lisa Komaki hasn't appearing in TV portaying other roles, but she can appear during a fans meetings, press conferences and events of Super Sentai Fanchaise.

Mitchi Love is a japanese actress born in 1960 in Yokohama. In 1977 she was casted to portray Karen Mizuki ( a former policewoman who later has the ability to transform into Heart Queen) in JAKQ Dengekitai, the second season of the franchaise and the shortest, in the same season she is the first heroine and pink ranger to develop feelings for another team member of her team. As Lisa, Karen participed in Battle Fever J portrying the role of Mari Okaiyama (a wrestler that becomes Black Tiger Mari, that at the end is survived by her brother). Mizuki also participed in Sister Street Fighter Movies . Currently she is 62 years old and is no in the entertaiment bussiness.

Diane Martin is an american actress that born in 1961 in United States Of America, her mother is from Japan and her father is from USA. In 1979 was casted to portray the role of Diane Martin as her real name and last name are. In Battle Fever Diane martin was an agent from USA and she appeared in 24 episodes when her replacement Maria Nagisa took her place as Miss America (II), since her japanese wasn't that good when she was playing Diane Martin Lisa Komaki who played the role of Peggy Matsumaya dubbed her and also played Miss America in suit. Currently is unkown if the actress lives in Japan or USA since she hasn't appeared in the entertainment bussiness.

Naomi Hagi is a Japanese actress that born in 1960 in Kanagawa. In 1979 she participated in Battle Fever J to take the place of Diane Martin as Maria Nagisa / Miss America II. In the series Maria Nagisa is an agent who was trained by Diane Martin's father. She appeared in 28 episodes. Before her participation in Battle Fever, Hagi appeared in some series as Battle Hawk,  Kaiketsu  Zubat, Ore Tachi No Matsuri as she participated making cameos and guest appearances. However after Battle Fever Naomi appeared in Tokusou Saizensen ans Momotaro Samurai. Currently it is unkown what the actress is doing as she hasn't appeared in the entertaiment bussiness.

Akira Koizumi is a japanese actress that born in 1960 in the perfecture of Shizuoka. In 1980 she participated in Denjiman playing the role of Akira Momoi / Denji Pink an ambitious Tenis player that had to abandons her dream in order to secure the planet against Vader Clan. As Diane Martin her character has the same name as her. Different from Peggy, Karen, Diane and Maria, her ancestors Akira Momoi is the first heroine in not being related to to the West. After her participation in Denjiman Koizumi participated in a movie called Nadia: The Secret Of Blue Water,  Currently she is no longer on the entertainment business but she may appear in some events.

Megumi Ogawa is a Japanese actress that born in 1962 in Tokyo. In 1982 she participated in Google V where she played the role of Miki Momozono  a 16 years old gymnastic that cam transform into Google Pink, in the series her jewel represented the Maya and Inca civilizations. Different from the rest of her team mates she is the only one that everyone calls by her name instead of her surname. Initially the role of Miki were going to be played by another actress older than Ogawa but since Miki is the youngest one the Megumi was casted as Miki. Before her appearance in Google V she appeared in other series. Currently she is no longer in the entertaiment bussiness.

Sayoko Hagiwara is a Japanese actress that born in 1962 in Tokyo. In 1983 she played the role of Rei Tachibana a scientist that wish to communicate with animals and that can transform into Dyna Pink. Before her participation in Dynaman she appeared in Ultraman.  After her participation in Dynaman Sayoko appeared in other sentai seasons as Flashman, Gokaiger and Kyoryuger. While she was playing the role of Rei Tachibana, Sayoko met her future husband, her fellow co star Yuu Tokita who portrayed the role of Kousaku Nangou/ Dyna Yellow. They divorced and then remarried. Hagiwara casually appear in TV and in other events and fan meetings.

Yuki Yajima is a japanese actress born in 1962 in the perfecture of Chiba. In 1984 she was casted to portrayed Mika Koizumi in the 8th season of the Super Sentai Franchaise, Choudenshi Bioman where she portrayed the first yellow heroine in one of the Super Sentai Seasons, she also portrayed the role of Helen in Sharivan, a Metal Heroes Show.  Even when she was casted to be part of the Bioman, she soon leaves the show, as she just appeared in 9 episodes and he character was killed in the series, as she was replaced by Sumiko Tanaka. After her leaving of the show she disappeared from the public eye as she have never appeared in screen since then.

Sumiko Tanaka is a Japanese actress born in 1964 in the Nagano Perfecture. I984 after the leaving of Yuki Yajima, Sumiko was casted to replace her, as she was portrayed the role of Jun Yabuki an olympic archer who tries to join the bioman but that initially is refused. Similar to Yajima, Sumiko appeared in Metal Heroes shows like Metalder. She made her first appearance in episode 11 of the Bioman, and she kept portraying her character until the wrapped of the Bioman. In 2019 she appeared in Kaito sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Patranger as a women sitting in a table. Tanaka still appears in events, meetings, press conferences, fan meetings and appearing in TV.

Michiko Makino is a Japanese actress that born in 1963 in the perfecture of Saitama. In 1984 she participed in Chousenshi Sentai Bioman, portraying the role of Haruka Katsuragi, an university student who was also a floutist. Different from the rest of the cast Makino didn't do audition for the role as the producers of the show offered her the role and she accepted. Her career as actress started with Bioman. She felt that the whole staff was like a family. After Bioman, Makino received many offers but since her parents were against her career as actress she had to turned them off. She may seen on press conferences and fan meeings, she appeared in Lupinranger VS Patranger.

Hiroko Nishimoto is a Japanese actress born in 1963 in the Perfecture of Ehime. In 1985 she was casted to portrayed the role of Sayaka Nagisa an invertor with a caring and loving personality and who is also a genious that can transform into Change Mermaid in Dengeki Sentai Changeman. She is the first heroine who has the ability to transform into a White Heroine and also is the fist and currently the only heroine that has a mermaid mofit. Nishimoto also voiced a Gozma called Miralca as she also played the role of a mother. After Changeman Nishimoto haven't appeared in the bussiness entertaiment ahd currently she hasn't appeared in the screen.

Mai Ooishi is a Japanese actress that born in 1963 in Tokyo. In 1985 she was casted to portray the role of Mai Tsubasa, a former reconnaissance officer with Earth Defense Force in Dengeki Sentai Changeman, as Diane Martin and Akira Koizumi she shares her real name with her character. She appeared in others series before Changeman as Sharivan and Shaider, even though she was credited as Hiroko Ooishi in that time. In 2019 she appeared in Lupinranger VS Patranger as one of the women seated in a restaurant alongside other past heroines. Currently Mai can be seen in press conferences, fan meetings and other events related to super sentai.

Youko Nakamura is a Japanese actress that born in 1966 in Tokorozawa City, part of the prefecture of Saitama. In 1986 she portrayed the role of Sara Tokimura, a caring girl that grow up in the Yellow Star and that has power related to ice as she also is the only one from the five rangers to find her biological family, reason why she owns the last name of Tokimura. Before and After Flashman, she participed in other super sentai series, as Changeman in 1985 and Fiveman in 1990. Different from her other co starts from Flashman, Youko returned to a very private life and at public events she doesn't join to her cast mates. Youko sure sign autographs to fans time to time.

Mayumi Yoshida is a Japanese actress that born in 1965 in the prefecture of Chiba. In 1986 she portrayed the role of Lou in Flashman, a tomboy that has developed incredible jumping abilities, which causes her to easily exhaust herself. After her participation in Flashman she appeared in Kamen Ride Black and in Tokkei Winspector. Yoshida also participed in one episode of Jetman (1991). Mayumi have said that she had to use eye drops for her crying scenes and that she also has to reshoot her opening scene from Flashman since she had to change it, she commented that it was the most difficult thing that she had to do in the show. She can be seen in public events and fan meetings.

Yuki Nagata is a Japanese actress that born in 1964. In 1987 she portrayed the role of Haruka in Maskman, a ninja that had to abandon all the femenine things to focus in training this for her family choice. Years after she participed in Fiveman in 1990.  As other past super sentai heroines she also partiiciped in Lupinranger VS Patranger in 2019. In an interview she mentioned that she thinks that is incredible the impact of Super Sentai on children and that is also a fan of Super Sentai. Currenly Nagata can appear in press conferences and Fan meetings.

Kanako Maeda is a Japanese actress that born in 1966 in Kyoto. In 1987 she portrayed the role of Momoko in Maskman, a 19 year old expert in Tai Chi Chuan, who is strong and dedicated In the series her character has a good heart and she teaches Tai Chi to young people, She is actually the first pink heroine to has her individual own mecha. After Maskman Kanako participated in other projects as Jetman in 1991 portraying the role of Kanna in episodes 23 and 24, in which she could actually transform into Birdman, but didn't fight as Birdman, she also participated in a movie, she can be seen at events and press conferences.

Megumi Mori is a Japanese actress and singer born in 1969 in Aso. In 1988 she portrayed the role of Megumi Mori, A top class student at the Academy, who is good at swimming, cycling and at archery. Liveman was Mori first appearance in TV, after that she participated in Katte Ni Shigare hey! Brother in 1989, years after she participated in Jetman in 1991. Megumi Mori different from previous heroines portrayed the first Blue female Heroine of the franchaise, as other super sentai actresses as Diane Martin and Akira she shares her name with her character, as both are named Megumi. She has been performing and can be seen in events and conferences.

Yoshiko Kinohara is a Japanese former actress born in 1969 in Tokyo. In 1989 she portrayed the role of Haruna Morikawa in the 13th season of Super Sentai Kousoku Sentai Turboranger, in the series her character was a top student at the academy, who likes to go shopping and has to fight as Pink Turbo. After her participation in Turboranger, Yoshika participated in Chouchoutrain. Years after Yoshika returned to her private life and doesn't appear in public events alongside her co starts. It is known that in Turboranger that she didn't major in P.E. so her co stars had to match her speed at running scenes.

Kazuko Miyata is a Japanese actress who born in 1969 in Ibaraki. In 1990 she portrayed the role of Kazumi Hoshikawa in the 14th season of the Super Sentai Franchaise Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman, in the series her character is the second sibling and the oldest daughter of the Hoshikawa family. She portrayed in her civilian form a Math teacher who acted as the Big sister of her younger siblings. She could transform into Five Pink. Her name in the series can be translated as number of beauty. After Fiveman she hasn't appear on an event or acted.

Keiko Hayase is a Japanese actress that born 1971 in Tokyo. In 1990 she portryed the role of Remi Hoshikawa in Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman, in the series she is a Music Teacher and the youngest sibling of the Hoshikawa Family. she can transform into Five Yellow. After Fiveman Keiko portrayed the role of Sakura in Kakuranger. She got marry with her co star Ryouhei Kobayashi who portrayed her twin the series, even when when the diffrence between their characters is none, the difference of age between them is of 6 years. Before Fiveman, she can appear in press conferences, events and Fan meetings.

Rika Kishida is a Japanese actress that born in Osaka in 1968. In 1991 she portrayed the role of Kaori Rokumeikan In Choujn Sentai Jetman, a heiress from a wealthy family who was being care by care while her family was overseas. When she gains the ability to transform into White Sawn she joins the Jetman, she later became the first super heroine who married to a member of the same team, as she and Ryu Tendo (Red Hawk) marry.  After Jetman, Kishida participed in Jetman Special and perform the a Jetman choreography, she then appear in  Kakuranger as a reporter, she recently participed in Donbrothers: The Movie. She can be seen acting, press conferences and fan meetings events.

Sayuri Uchida is a Japanese actress that born in Kanagawa in 1972. In 1991 she portrayed the role of Ako Hayasaka in Choujin Sentai Jetman, in which her role was of a High School Student who gains the chance to fight against villains, this by transforming in to Blue Dolphin, when she gains this she is requested to joins to the Jetman, she accepted with the condition of being payed for this, thing that at the end rejected and accepts to fight without being payed. She later becomes very popular. Uchida participed in Turboranger and many series before Jetman and after Jetman she participed in Super Sentai World and in Gaoranger. She hasn't being seen in events.

Reiko Chiba is a Japanese actress that born in Kanagawa in 1975. In 1992 she participed in Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, in which she portrayed the role of The Lithia Tribe Princess Mei, she was ancient princess that awoke in the 1992 to beat Bandora this by transforming in Ptera ranger. Before Zyuranger Reiko started as a model in 1991, then she got her role as Mei one year later, She voiced Amy Jo Johnson for the Japanese version of Mighty Motphin Power Rangers. In 1993 she made her debut as a J- Pop artist. She got married with Tetsuhiko Kirihara, she works now as a Yoga instrucor but she can appear in press confereces and fan meetings.

Natsuki Takahashi is a former Japanese actress who born in Tokyo in 1974. In 1993 she portrayed the role of Rin/Lin in Gosei Sentai Dairanger. In the series Natsuki's character was an University student who mastered the power of wind, she was the only girl of the team out of 5 members. Her character is kind, intelligent and shy. Rin called to their mentor uncle, it is unknown if they were actually relatives. She could transform into Houou Ranger and in the series Natsuki portrayed Rin's descendant also her grandmother too. After Dairanger Natsuki haven't been active in the entertaiment bussiness since she is retired from the show bussiness. Althought it is known that she got married.

Satomi Hirose is a Japanese actress that born in Nagoya in 1980. In 1994 she portrayed the role of Tsuruhime in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger. Her character was the first feamle leader of a Super Sentai Team. She could transform into Ninja White and was the one who took seriously her work as a Kakuranger. altought that her team made her to scold them she got to treasure them. Before Kakuranger Hirose participed in other projects, After Kakuranger she continued participating in other projects and showing at some conferences. she reparaised her character in Gokaiger and in Zenkaiger. She and co star Terukai Ogawa participed together as a couple in Goseiger.

Ayumi Aso is a former Japanese actress that born in 1974 in Saitama. In 1995 she portrayed the role of Juri Nijou in Chouriki Sentai Ohranger. In the series her character she works at the UAOH, and she is into fashion and she loves to dance and aerobics. Aso narrated that the first time that she auditioned for the role of Juri she was confused as the days were passing by she wanted to get the role, the last audition she was so nervous that she wanted to really get the role. One of her co stars confessed that Ayumi was all the time so busy and tired, after the filming of the show it was when they get closer as friends. It is known that she is married and has 2 children. she is out from the show bussiness

Tamao Sato is Japanese actress that born in 1973 in Funabashi. In 1995 she portrayed the role of Momo Maruo in Chouriki Sentai Ohranger, in the series her character works at UAOH, she was the girly girl and the one that loved the city. She was also the team thinker. After her role in Ohranger Sato appeared years after in the 25th anniversary portafolio as many of other heroines. Years after she appeared in other tokusatsu series and did some cameos in live action programs. She besides Masaru Shishido who portrayed the role of Goro Hoshino (Oh Red) appeared together in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger for the episode related to Ohranger.

Yuka Motohashi was a Japanese actress who born in 1978. In 1996 she played the role of Natsumi Shinohara, in which she had the ability to transform in Yellow Racer and was actually a genius mechanic, she could fix any machine in minutes at the Pegasus Garage. She was the tomboyish from the 2 girls and had a good relationship with Naoki (Blue Racer). After that she appeared in Kamen Rider, a movie called Haru and in other events. In 2023 she had the chance to appeared in Avataro Sentai Donbrothers as Sonona as one of the antagonists from the series. She still can be seen in the entertainment business. She passed away in 2024 due to a cancer.

Atsuko Kurusu is a Japanese actress that born in 1978. In 1996 she got the chance to play the role of Youko Yagami in Gakisou Sentai Carranger, In which she worked as the Secretary of Pegasus Garage and was into fashion and weigh as she was conscious about food, she also got the chance to transform into Pink Racer. After her appearance of Carranger she played again the role of Youko in Carranger VS Megaranger. She also participed in other projects and movies, as she was an ex gravure idol. Sadly due to relationship problems she attempt to suicide, thanksfully she later recovered. 

Eri Tanaka is a Japanese actress that born in 1977. In the year 1997 she was casted to play the role of Chisato Jougasaki in Denji Sentai Megaranger. In the series Eri played the role of a High School Student which is also an intelligent and skilled girl at sing. Her character also enjoys to take pictures and has the ability to transform into Mega Yellow. After her role of Chisato she repraised her role one year later in Gingaman VS Megaranger, Years later she appeared in Kamen Rider and 7 years after that she play the role of Natsuki's mom, Queen of Lemuria in Go Go Go Sentai Boukenger. It is known that she is married and it can be seen in press conferences and fan meetings.

Mami Hagashiyama is Japanese actress that born in 1977. She was casted as Miku Imamura in Denji Sentai Megaranger. Her role was a High School Student who didn't like to do homework but was part of the High School's Digital Research Club. She had a crush on Shun (Mega Blue). She has the ability to transfrom into Mega Pink. After her role of Miku she reparaised her role 2 times, in Gingaman VS Megaranger and then in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger VS Super Sentai to instruct Sae Taiga (Gao White). She then participed in Go Go Sentai Boukenger as she played the role of Kei, Bouken Silver's mother. She also participed in a movie and did some voice in animes. 

Juri Miyazawa is a Japanese actress that born in 1980. In the year 1998 she was casted to play the role of Saya in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman, the second youngest of the team. She had a sisterly affection for Ryoma (Ginga Red) and admiration for Hyuuga (Black Knight II), she also likes to climb trees and play. Her element is earth (control petals) and has the abilith to change into Ginga Pink. After her role of Saya Juri reparaised her role one year later in GoGo V VS Gingaman. Eri is also a gravure idol who is affiliated with ABC project. Juri can be seen at press conferences, fan meetings and other events, she also has published some photos with her fellow partners years after Gingaman.

Kayoko Shibata is a Japanese actress that born in 1980. In 1999 she was casted to play the role of Matsuri Tatsumi in Kyukyu Sentai Go Go V. In the series her role was the youngest sister and only female of the Tatsumi Family. She worked as a paramedic and had the ability to transform into Go Pink. After her role of Matsuri Kayoko repraised her role on year later. She appeared in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger as a teacher and in Gokaiger in which she reparaised her role of Matsuri. Kayoko is also a singer, model and an ex gravure idol. She is famous for her role in Ju-on: The Grudge. She can be seen at press conferences, Fan meeting and in other events as projects.

Mika Katsumura is a Japanese actress that born in 1980. She was casted to play the role of Yuri in Mirai Sentai Timeranger in the year 2000. Her role was of a woman that came from the year 3000 and was looking for vengance on the death of her father, she was the leader of the team and could transform into Time Pink. After the role of Yuri Mika appeared in Kamen Rider and Heisei Ultraseven with relevant roles. In 2006 she married a Kamen Rider actor, Ryo Ashihara (Kamen Rider Gillis).  That same year she gave birth to a girl. Even thought in 2008 the couple decided to divorce, as a result, Mika gained the custody of their daughter. in 2014 it is known that was her last appareance in the entertaiment bussiness.

Miu Takeuchi is a Japanese actress that born in 1985. In 2001 she was casted to play the role of Sae Taiga in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, her role was the only female and youngest from the team as she has the ability to transform into Gao White. After her role as Sae Taiga, Miu appeared in Oha Suta (A children's show) and in other activities such as gravure and television drama. She also form an idol unit, time after she retired. In 2011 she was working in an apparel company. She talked about the pressure and the expectation of success that she felt after Gaoranger as she also commented the anxious for the future. She was inactive but she can make some casual appearance and in projects.

Nao Nagasawa is a Japanese actress that born 1984. In 2002 she was casted to portray Nanami Nono in Ninpuu Sentai Hurricanger. She was a rising singer that has the ability to transform into Hurricane Blue. After her appearance in Hurricanger, Nao repraised her role of Nanmi several times as in Abaranger vs Hurricanger, Boukenger, Gokaiger, Hurricanger 10 Years after, Super Hero Mama, Hurricanger 20th years anniversary. She also appeared in Kamen Rider and many others series and shows. Aside of this Nao is a former model and singer as she has many albums, she is married and has 2 children.  She is still active in the entertainment bussiness. 

Aiko Ito is a former Japanese actress that born in 1980. In 2003 she was casted to play the role of Ranru Itsuki in Barkuyuu Sentai Abaranger, her character was a trianed to be an idol she decided to left and work in the mechanical field, she had he ability to transform into Abare Yellow. Before her appareance in Abaranger Aiko appear as a model in a Magazine and appeared in a Visual Unit. After Abaranger she appared in Kamen Rider and Ultraman as well in other movies and series. Time after she decided to retire from the entertaiment bussines, in 2022 she confirmed to participed in the Barkuyuu Sentai Abaranger 20th: The Unforgivable Abare that will come out in 2023.

Ayumi Kinoshita is a Japanese actress that born in 1982. In 2004 she was casted to portray Marika Reimon "Jasmine" in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger. an ESPer (person able to see the future by touching a person or object), She was also an officer and was able to transform into Deka Yellow. After Dekaranger, Ayumi repraised her role of Jasmine several times, 9 years after she also portray the role of Yuku Fukui, Kyoryu Blue's sister that was  able to transform into Kyoryu Cyan in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. She have participed in many in many movies, series and in animes as voice actress. She is still active in the entertainment bussiness and she is married. 

Mika Kikuchi is a Japanese actress that born in 1983. In 2004 she was casted to portray the role of Koume Kodou "Umeko" in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, Her role was police officer that tended to be a little ditzy but had a good heart. She had the ability to transform into Deka Pink. As Ayumi, Mika portrayed her role of Umeko several times. She also participed in other series, movies and anime. In 2009 she married with Yuji Kishi (Red Racer) but they then decided to divorce. In 2018 Mika marry with Tomakazu Yoshida who play the role Tetsu (Deka Break),  with whom she worked in Dekaranger. Mika is still active in the entertaiment bussiness.

Asami Kai is a Japanese actress that born in 1987. In 2005 she was casted to portray the role of Urara Ozu in Mahou Sentai Magiranger, In the series she playing the role of the youngest daughter of 2 sisters and the 3rd born of the same family. She had cooking skills and acted as the mother of the group while this last wasn't around. Alongside her siblings she discovers that she has magic powers and that she can control the water. She has the ability to transform into Magi Blue. After Magiranger Asami participed in 2 movies, she also is known to be a gravure idol, altough this Asami is not active since 2009. She can be seen in cast reunions and meetings.

Ayumi Beppu is a Japanese actress that born in 1983. In 2005 she participed in Mahou Sentai Magiranger where she portrayed the role of Houka Ozu, the older sister and 2nd children in the Ozu Family. Different from her younger sister, Houka has a bubbly and radiant personality. Alongside her siblings she discovers that she has magic powers. She can control the air and has the ability to transform into Magi Pink. After magiranger Ayumi participed in many other projects and she portrayed again her role of Houka Ozu in 2 times, in Gokaiger and in Hero Mama League. She is still active and can be seen in projects, press conferences and meetings

Chise Nakamura is a former Japanese actress that born in 1986 in Fukuoka. In 2006 she was casted to play the tole of Natsuki Mamiya in Go Go Sentai Boukenger. On Boukenger her character was a girl that after got a big hit on her head lost her memories, she has a crush on Masumi (Bouken Black) since he found her, she later discovers that she was the Princess of Lemuria and can transform into Bouken Yellow. After her appearance on Boukenger Chise appeared in a popular drama and in some movies, She is an avid poker player, actually she married to a fellow poker player and together they had a child. She is out of showbiz.

Haruka Suenaga is a Japanese actress that born in 1986. In 2006 she was casted to play the role of Sakura Nishiori in Go Go Sentai Boukenger. In the series her character could transform into Bouken Pink and has a crush on Satoru (Bouken Red). Before her appearance in Boukenger, Suenaga participed in many other projects since she has been in the entertaiment bussiness since age of 5. after participating in tv ads and boing a model her first appearance was in a soap opera from 1994. she later worked as a gravure idol in 1996, After Bouekenger she kept with her career as actress and in 2011 she got marry with Hiroshi Izumi, an olimpic games medalist, they have a child.

Mina Fukui is a former Japanese actress that born in 1984 in Nabari. In 2007 she was casted to play the role of Ran Uzaki in Juken Sentai Gekiranger, In the series she eventually was choosen to be the captain of the Gekirangers, and could transform into Geki Yellow. Her character was member of a wealthy family. After Gekiranger she reappraised her role of Ran Uzaki and participed in other projects. In 2010 she decided to retire from the entertaiment bussiness, and one year she married to her co star in Drama Battle Royal!! Gun Mage, Tomohiro Hara. In 2013 she gave birth to their first daughter.  As many of the other super sentai heroines she was a gravure idol.

Rina Aizawa is a Japanese actress that born in 1991 in Tokyo. In 2008 she was casted to play the role of Saki Rouyama in Engine Sentai Goonger, in the series her character could transform into Go On Yellow and was always smiling. Her first appearance in TV was actually in Engine Sentai Goonger. After Goonger she participed in other projects and is still active in the entertaiment bussiness. She went to the same High School Yui Koike (Ahim De Famille) Due to her role as Saki in Goonger, this inspired Yui Koike to autitioned in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, she finally ended up portraying Ahim De Famille in Gokaiger 3 years after Goonger. 

Yumi Sugimoto is a Japanese actress that born in 1989 in Kyoto. In 2008 she portrayed the role of Miu Sotou In Engine Sentai Goonger, her character could transform into Go On Silver, the first female heroine that could change into that color. She was the little sister of Go On Gold. After Goonger she Sugimoto portrayed her character of Miu 3 more times. She participed in other projects and also in Kamen Rider. Yumi apart from being an actress is also a model, gravure idol and solist. Her career began when she was in Elementary school when she was chosen in a Grand Prix semi audition for the Girls Manga Magazine Ribbon. Different from Rina Aizawa she was introduced in the series later.

Rin Takanashi is a Japanese actress that born in 1988 in Chiba. In 2009 she was casted to portray Mako Shiriashi in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, her character was a Kindergarten teacher that could transform into Shinken Pink; she had poorly cooking skills. Before Shinkenger Takanashi participed in some proejcts and after Shinkenger she participed in many films and series. As many of Super Sentai Heroines actresses, Rin is also a gravure idol, her portrayed her character as Mako two more times after the series finale. She also participed in Kamen Rider. On Janurary 20th of 2018 she decided to get marry with Tomoaki Makino, a soccer player.

Suzuka Morita is a Japanese actress that born in 1992 in Kyoto. In 2009 she was casted to portray Kotoha Hanaori a country side girl that was taken her sister's place at the shiba house, she could transform into Shinken Yellow, her character was good at playing the flute. After her participation in Shinkenger Morita repraised her role 2 more times, but she also appeared in many films and projects, some of these projects were in the Tokusatsu field, as she appeared in Kamen Rider, Ryusoulger, Uchuu Keji Gavan, in this she portrayed the role of Shelly, she also appeared in two episodes of Gobuster. She lastly appeared in Ryusoulger as a Museum Attendant 

Rika Sato is a former Japanese actress and gravure idol that born in 1987 in Joyo City. In 2010 she was casted to play the role of Eri, an angel that came from Gosei to Earth, she is good a singing and is very positive. She could transform into Gosei Pink. After Goseiger Sato repraised her role 2 times, Before Goseiger she participed in some dramas and after Goseiger she participed in some projects, nowdays she have retired from entertaiment bussiness and on 2017 she announced that she is going to give birth to her daughter. It is known that Mikiho Niwa who plays the role of Moune have visited Rika Sato to meet her baby. she retired on 2011.

Mikiho Niwa is a Japanese actress, gravure idol and J pop singer who born in 1989 in Aichi Perfecture, In 2010 she was casted to play the role of Moune in Tensou Sentai Goseiger a Gosei Angel who could control the earth, she was the youngest person from the group and could transform into Gosei Yellow. After Goseiger Niwa repraised Moune's character two times. On 2006 she auditioned for the role of Bouken Pink In Boukenger but she missed out. She have participed in series and other projects, nowdays she is the presenter of Zip! a morning show. She is also married with Nippon TV announcer Takeshi Tanaka and together they have a baby.

Mao Ichimichi is a Japanese actress that born in 1992 in Osaka. In 2011 she was casted to portray the role of Luka Millfy in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, Her character was the lookout of the crew and could transform into Gokai Yellow. After Goakiger, Ichimichi portrayed serveral times her character of Luka, she later decided to be also a voice actress as she have voiced many characters as Hikari Yagami from Digimon. She also participed voicing characters in ToQger and Ryusoulger, she also voiced Raptor 283 in Kyuranger. She have said that Luka is the ideal type of woman, differrent from Raptor 283 which is all cute. Mao ichimichi is very polite person.

Yui Koike is a Japanese actress and former gravure idol that born in 1991 in Saitama. In 2011 she was casted to portray the role of Ahim De Famille in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, her character was the princess of the planet Famille, who loved tea and can transform into Gokai Pink. Before Gokaiger Koike worked as a gravure idol in a group called tomato n'Pine. After Gokaiger Gokaiger she continue being a gravure idol as at the same time she worked in many films, series and projects. She repraised her role of Ahim several times. Before Gokaiger she auditioned in Shinkenger to portray Shinken Pink, her opportunity came with Gokaiger, Her favorite episode from Gokaiger is Episode 41.

Arisa Komiya is Japanese actress that born in 1994 in Shimotsuke. In 2012 she was casted to play the role of Yoko Usami in Tokumei Sentai Gobuster, in the series her character could transform into Yellow Buster and could jump very high, for this she needed to eat a lot of candies. After Gobuster she portrayed her character of Yoko 2 times. She participed in other projects as Ultraman and Kamen Rider. In 2017 she played a role in Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger. She had a briefly hiatus, after that she became a DJ. She confessed that when she was growing up she wanted to be a Gaoranger. Her popular name is Arisha. She is currently in a relationship with Katsuhiro Suzuki. 

Ayuri Konno is a former Japanese actress that born in 1997 in Tokyo. In 2013 she was casted to play the role of Amy Yuuzuki in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, In the series her character was a college student that comes from a Wealthy Family and was being taken care by her bulter. She had the ability to transform into Kyoryu Pink. After Kyoryuger she portray the role of Amy Yuuzuki 2 times. She also portrayed the role of Ami Nessan which his the great granddaughter of Amy Yuuzuki and Daigo Kiryu (Kyoryu Red). Aside from this she worked in other projects and movies. As she also made appearances in press conferences. In 2018 she announced her retirement from entertainment.

Riria Baba or Simply Riria is a Japanese actress that born in 1993 in Tokyo. In 2014 she was casted to portray the role of Mio Natsume in Ressha Sentai ToQger, In the series her character was a tomboyish girl that serves as the Big sister of the group, even when she was disgusted by the idea of romance, many guys approached to her. She has the ability to transform into ToQ3Go. Before ToQger Riria appeared in Tensou Sentai Goseiger as a High School and in other movies, After ToQger Riria kept appearing in movies, series and films.  She and Ai Moritaka (Kagura Izumi) are close friends, as it shown in ToQger where Mio and Kagura were close friends.

Ai Moritaka is a Japanese actress that born in 1998 in Saitama. In 2014 she was casted to play the role of Kagura Izumi in Ressha Sentai ToQger. In the series her character was the second member of the group with the highest imagination, she was good at baking and she could transform into ToQ5Go.  After ToQger Moritaka repraised her role 3 times. The last one was in the special 4 week Continuous Special Super Sentai Strongest Battle as she was the only female of the 6 main characters. She also participed in other series, movies and projects. She celebrated her 16th birthday while they were filming ToQger's second episode. She and Riria are close friends, As Mio and Kagura are in the series.

Yuuka Yano is a Japanese actress that born in 1998 in Miyazaki. In 2015 she was casted to play the role of Fuuka Igasaki in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger, In the series her character was a High School Student that alongside her brother and cousins were ninjas, she has the ability to transform into Shiro Ninja, at the end she decided to be an idol Ninja. Before Ninninger Yano won a modeling constest, the 1st Uniforms Women & Men's Constest.  Ninninger was her fist apperance in TV. After Ninninger she repraised her role 2 times. She have participed in other projects, series and movies as well. She celebrated her 17th birthday while they were filming the second episode of Ninninger.

Kasumi Yamaya is a Japanese actress that born in 1996 in Miyagi. In 2015 she was casted to play the role of Kasumi Momochi in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger, in the series her character was an intelligent girl who alongside her cousins was also a Ninja, she had the ability to transform into Momo Ninja. After Nininger she repraised her role one more time. Before Nininger Yamaya participed alongside Yuki Yamada (Joe Gibken - Gokai Blue) in the live action of Itazura Na Kiss, Itazura Na Kiss Love In Tokyo but she also participed in Kamen Rider and in Uchuu Keji. She shares her name with her character but both are written differently.

Miki Yanagi is a Japanese actress that born in 1997 in Osaka. In 2016 she was casted to play the role of Sela in Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, in the series her character was a citizen of Zyuland that has the form of a shark, when she traveled to the human world she transform into a human. She was strong and has sensibility with audition. She could transform into Zyuoh Shark. After her appearance in Zyuohger she repraised the role of Sela one more time.  She participed in more movies and projects. She is also a model managed by Jiotto Model Management. Zyuohger was her first TV appearance. Miki Yanagi and Haruka Tateishi (Amu) are close friends.

Haruka Tateishi is a Japanese actress that born 1994 in Osaka. In 2016 she was casted to play the role of Amu in Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, in the series she was the citizen of Zyuland, she has the form of a tiger, when she traveled to the human world she took the form of a human, she has sensibility on taste and can transform into Zyuoh Tiger. After Zyuohger, Tateishi repraised her role of Amu 2 more times.  Before Zyuohger Haruka worked as a model for many magazines and had won many awards, she is still working as a model and since Zyuohger as an actress as well. she had worked in many projects and series, Miki Yanagi (Sela) and Haruka are close friends.

Sakurako Okubo is a Japanese actress that born in 1998 in Yokohama. In 2017 she was casted to play the role of Hammie in Uchu Sentai Kyuranger, in the series her character was the first Female green Heroine, while in Nininger there was a green heroine, that just count for the Cinema Version. Hammie is an extra - terrestrial human that could transform into Chamaleon Green. At the end of the series she decides to study to become an university teacher. Kyuranger was Sakurako first debuted in a Series.  After Kyuranger she participed in other projects, included Kamen Rider. She has changed of agencies many times. She is currently active and speaks fluently English.

The voice behind Raptor 283 is Mao Ichimichi, since she also played the role of Luka Millfy, she is already in the list.

Haruka Kudo is a Japanese actress that born in Saitama in 1999. In 2018 she was casted to play the role of Umika Hayami in Lupinranger VS Patranger, In the series her character was a High School Student that decided to gather with Kairi (Lupin Red) and Touma (Lupin Blue) the Lupin Collection, she had the ability to transform into Lupin Yellow.  After Lupinranger VS Patranger, Kudo reprised her role on more time. She is also a singer and a former idol. She has been a big fan of Super Sentai Franchaise since a young age, and her dream came true when she played the role of Umika. Her favorites heroes are Deka Blue and Abare Blue. She has 2 siblings.

Kazusa Okuyama is a Japanese actress that born Hachinohe in 1994. In 2018 she was casted to play the role of Tsukasa Myoujin in Lupinranger VS Patranger. In the series her character was a Police Officer that could transform into Patren 3Go, she was also trying to identify the real identity of the Lupinranger alongside Keiichiro (Patren 1Go) and Sakuya (Patren 2Go). After Patranger Okuyama participed in some other projects like in Kamen Rider. Her childhood dream was to become a police officer like her father. Kazusa got married last Februrary of 2023. She is also a model and is active both in Modeling and in acting, as she still appear in projects.

Ichika Osaki is a Japanese actress that born in 2000 in Kochi perfecture. In 2019 she was casted to play the role of Asuna in Kirshiyu Sentai Ryusoulger, the pink warrior who is the only female of the team, who likes to eat a lot and is super strong. Before her role of Asuna, In 2018 Ichika participed in Kamen Rider and before her apparance in Kamen Rider, in 2012 she won a beauty pageant. She has made many appearances in commercials and dramas. After her participation in Ryusoulger, she repraised her role one more time in the crossover between Rysoulger VS Kiramager. Ichika enjoys drawing and one of her special skill is that she is able to sleep pretty much anywhere. 

Yume Shinjo is a former Japanese actress and gravure idol that born in 1998 in Gunma Perfecture. In 2020 she was casted to portrayed the role of Sena Hayami in Mashin Sentai Kiramager,  a fast runner who can transform into Kiramai Green. After her participation in Kiramager she appeared in Th High School Heroes, she later repraised her role of Sena Hayami in the crossover between Kiramager VS Zenkaiger. One of her lastest appearance was in the movie Akai Ringo in which participed alongside her fellow Kiramager co star Rio Komiya (Kirmai Red) and in Kaseifu No Mitazono. She retired from bussiness entertamient in 2024.

Mio Kudo is a Japanese actress and model that born in 1999 in Tokyo. In 2020 she was casted to portray the role of Sayo Oharu in Mashin Sentai Kiramager, an excellent doctor that can transform into Kiramai Pink. Before her appearance in Kiramager she participed in Kamen Rider Ghost as Kanon Fukami, she is the first female Tokusatsu actress who portrayed both Kamen Rider and Sentai Warrior. Mio enjoys badmiton  and dancing. Her first appearance in 2015 in Kamen Rider. She started her modeling career in Elementary school under her former stage name Mana Fujitani. She repraised her role of Sayo for the crossover between Kiramager and Zenkaiger.

Yume Migamoto is a Japanese actress that born in 1997 in Fukuoka Perfecture. In 2021 she was casted to be the voice actress (seiyuu) of Magine in Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger to celebrated the 45th anniversary of the franchaise. Yume started her acting career at age of 4 years old, in the other hand her voice acting career started in 2013. She has participated in many productions like Kagero No Tsuji, Nanase Futabi, Ryoma Den and Aikatsu Stars! She repraised her role of Magine 2022 in the crossover between Zenkaiger and Donbrothers. Yume likes ramen, alcohol and spicy foods, she is good at dancing but not at sports. She can speak in the Hakata dialect and she enjoys to dance Jazz.
